The corrosion cyclic test is a test that customers simulate all environmental variations. This means that there are different cycles to expose the DUT in different weather conditions.
Equilam’s CCT CORR chamber’s construction is compliant with the corporative and organization standards such as General Motors, SAE, Volvo, Scania, Ford, Honda, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Renault, Peugeot/Citroen, BMW, VDA and others. Equilam’s tech chamber is built with our patent number: US 10371623 used in all Equilam’s chambers line.
The weather simulation asks for various cycles such as salt spray mode, water condensation humidity (100% RH), natural dry, dry off and dry off CTH (control temperature and humidity). These cycles are standard in CCT chamber manufacture, but Equilam has the optional modes for CCT chambers (Stress/ Spray mode, climatization and low temperature). Equilam has CCT chambers in different sizes: 1300 liters, 3000 liters, 5000 liters and Walk-in chambers.
